How can I to talk to a customer service representative?

Our offices are open from 7:30am to 4pm EST, Monday through Friday. You can email them at or call 800-344-9883. 


Can I mark my order to ship Complete?

Yes, if you do not want partial orders shipped, in your shopping cart check “Ship Complete”. If your shopping cart has more than one ship date and you mark your cart Complete, all items’ ship date will change to the latest date. All orders will be shipped partial unless your shopping cart is marked “Ship Complete”.


How can I expedite my order and get same day shipping?

Same day shipping is available for in-stock items only. Depending on the method of shipping, orders must be received by:


  • Credit card orders must be received by 1pm EST
  • Credit terms orders must be received by 2pm EST


  • Credit card orders must be received by 12pm EST
  • Credit terms orders must be received by 1pm EST

After selecting Next Day shipping at checkout, email with "RUSH ORDER" in the subject line and reference your order number so we can expedite your order. 


I requested a quote from Customer Service, but I didn’t receive an order confirmation

Any quotes provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an order. You will need to place an order via the CSPD Store, or contact Customer Service. 


How can I obtain a current price list?

Account Administrators can pull a current price list report from their dashboard. Click for instructions.


Does pricing change?

We review all pricing on an annual basis. If pricing needs updated, we will make those on February 1st of each year. Written quotes are honored for 30 days from the date of the quote. Prices are subject to change without notice.
